03 / SHARED MISSION FABRIC
Mission intelligence, SDBB, PowerFabric and communications form the shared foundation. Each division configures that foundation for its own work, resources and operating environment.
Protected electrical, data, tool-air and approved auxiliary-service paths support the selected configuration. Mobility and recovery reserves govern external demand.
The programme defines vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-site networking, with approved backhaul and configuration-specific communications interfaces.
Operators retain authority to accept, hold or isolate. Identity, state, exceptions and service evidence inform controlled continuation and recovery.
